Bookings at Nas House are generally non-refundable once confirmed. We therefore recommend reviewing your dates carefully before completing your reservation. If your plans change, contact our team as early as possible and we will check whether a date change can be accommodated, subject to availability and the applicable booking terms.

Yes, date changes may be possible depending on availability. Any request to change dates must be approved by the Nas House team. If the new dates have a higher accommodation rate, the guest will be required to pay the difference. Availability and pricing may vary depending on season, weekends, public holidays and demand.

Event cancellations are handled according to the cancellation terms included in your signed event agreement or proposal. Deposits or payments already made may be non-refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date and whether suppliers or additional services have already been confirmed. Please contact your Nas House event coordinator as soon as possible if your plans change.

Yes. The security deposit is refundable provided there is no damage to the villa, garden, furniture, equipment or other Nas House property, and the agreed event or stay rules have been followed. Additional cleaning, smoking violations, missing items or property damage may be deducted from the deposit where applicable.

The villa or event space is inspected after check-out or once the event has finished. Once the inspection is completed and no deductions are required, the refund is processed. The time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method and bank.

A no-show is treated as a confirmed booking that was not used. The reservation remains chargeable and payments are not refundable. If you believe you will be unable to arrive, please contact the Nas House team before your scheduled check-in so we can advise you on any available alternatives.

Nas House hosts a wide range of private, corporate and community events in Dubai. These include weddings and Nikkahs, engagements, receptions, birthdays, private celebrations, corporate events, conferences, team-building sessions, networking events, workshops, wellness sessions, retreats, product launches, brand activations, photoshoots, filming, private dinners, markets, pop-ups, talks, panel discussions, pool gatherings and family events. Depending on your guest count and event format, you can use a private villa, the garden or a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces.

The Nas House garden can accommodate approximately 150 guests standing or around 60 guests seated, depending on the layout, furniture, stage, catering and production requirements. For larger events, our team can review the proposed setup with you to make sure there is sufficient space for guest circulation, catering stations, entertainment and other event elements.

Yes. Our private villas can be used for intimate gatherings, birthdays, dinners, workshops, celebrations and other private events. A standard villa can generally accommodate approximately 30–35 event guests, depending on the setup. Each villa also includes indoor living areas and its own outdoor space and private pool. Please note that overnight occupancy is separate from event capacity.

Yes. The garden can be privately booked for corporate events, weddings, Nikkahs, networking events, workshops, wellness experiences, dinners, celebrations and other gatherings. The garden can accommodate up to approximately 150 guests standing or 60 seated. It can also be combined with a private villa when you need an indoor preparation area, changing rooms, accommodation or additional event space.

Yes. You are welcome to bring an external caterer to Nas House. For events involving cooking equipment, gas cylinders or other specialist equipment, additional documentation or approvals may be required. Our team will confirm the requirements with you before the event. We can also introduce you to trusted catering partners if you prefer us to arrange the food and beverage service.

Yes. External DJs, musicians, performers and entertainment suppliers are welcome, subject to Nas House event guidelines and sound restrictions. Please share the entertainment requirements with our team in advance so we can confirm power, sound equipment, setup location and access requirements.

Yes. Amplified music is permitted outdoors at a controlled level until 10:00 PM. Outdoor quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. If your event continues after 10:00 PM, activities may need to move indoors and music must remain at an appropriate indoor volume.

Alcohol may be served inside a privately booked villa. For outdoor events, alcohol service must be handled by an appropriately licensed professional or supplier. Please let our events team know during the planning stage if alcohol will be served so we can confirm the appropriate setup.

Yes. Nas House can support events with audiovisual equipment including speakers, microphones and large TV screens. Depending on the event, additional equipment such as professional PA systems, LED screens, staging, lighting, mixers or technical engineers can also be arranged through our event partners. Our team can recommend the right setup based on your guest count, event format and production requirements.

Yes. Nas House can support both simple venue hire and fully coordinated events. We can help arrange catering, coffee breaks, cocktail tables, chairs, dining tables, staging, sound systems, microphones, screens, lighting, DJs, performers, bartenders and other event services through our network of suppliers. Tell us what you are planning and we can prepare the venue and supplier requirements accordingly.

Yes. Decorations are welcome and the venue can be customized for weddings, birthdays, brand events, corporate gatherings and other occasions. Please share your decoration plan with us before installation. Any structures, large installations, signage, drilling, adhesives, candles or specialist equipment must be approved in advance to prevent damage to the property.

Yes. Each villa has two dedicated parking spaces. Additional public/RTA parking is available around the Nas House compound, subject to availability. For larger events, we recommend encouraging guests to use taxis or ride-hailing services, and our team can advise on arrival and drop-off arrangements.

Yes. Nas House welcomes intimate weddings, Nikkah ceremonies, engagements and receptions. For approximately 60 guests, a private villa combined with the garden usually provides a comfortable setup, giving you both an outdoor ceremony or reception area and an indoor private space. For larger celebrations, our team can recommend the most suitable combination of spaces based on your guest count, seating arrangement, catering and entertainment requirements.

Community is a major part of Nas House. We organize a changing calendar of events throughout the week, including professional networking nights, entrepreneur and founder meetups, creator events, women’s gatherings, wellness sessions, fitness activities, yoga, workshops, talks and social events. The schedule changes regularly, so there is always something new happening at the House.

Nas House has six villas located together inside the Opera Villa Compound in Al Barsha 1, Dubai. The property combines private accommodation with coworking, community and event spaces, making it possible to stay, work, host an event or organize a company retreat within the same destination.

Nas House has 22 bedrooms across the property and an overnight capacity of up to 44 guests. Capacity varies depending on the villa selected, so our reservations team can recommend the most suitable combination of villas for families, groups and company retreats.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may sometimes be possible depending on occupancy and availability. Please contact our team in advance if you need different timings.

Yes. Nas House villas can be booked privately, giving your group exclusive use of the villa, bedrooms, living areas and private pool. This makes the villas particularly suitable for families, groups of friends, visiting teams and guests who prefer more privacy than a traditional hotel stay.

Yes. Groups can book multiple villas, subject to availability. This works particularly well for company retreats, family groups, wedding guests, production teams and larger groups who want to stay together while still having separate villas and bedrooms. For larger requirements, our team can help coordinate the accommodation across the property.

Yes. The accommodation villas include private swimming pools reserved for the guests using those villas. Pool access and usage remain subject to Nas House safety and guest policies.

Yes. Housekeeping is available daily, with our onsite housekeeping team operating approximately 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM. For longer stays or larger groups, additional housekeeping requirements can be discussed with our team.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Guests may smoke only in appropriate outdoor areas. Cleaning or damage charges may apply if smoking takes place indoors.

Visitors may be allowed when you have booked a full private villa, subject to the villa's maximum capacity and Nas House guest and event rules. If you are planning to have a larger gathering, celebration or event rather than a small number of visitors, please inform the team in advance so the appropriate event booking and setup can be arranged.

Nas House primarily operates as a short-stay destination. For extended stays or special group requirements, you can contact our reservations team with your requested dates and length of stay and we will advise what options are currently available.

Yes. Nas House is designed to accommodate company retreats, leadership offsites, strategy sessions, workshops, team-building programs and multi-day corporate gatherings. Teams can combine accommodation, meeting spaces, meals, wellness activities and social events in one location, creating a more relaxed alternative to a traditional hotel or conference venue.

Yes. Accommodation and working spaces can be combined into one customized retreat package. Your team can stay onsite, hold meetings or workshops during the day, have meals together and use the garden or villa spaces for team activities and evening events.

Nas House can accommodate up to approximately 44 overnight guests across 22 bedrooms, depending on the villas included in your booking. Your retreat itself may accommodate additional daytime participants depending on the event spaces and setup selected.

Yes. We can arrange complete food and beverage programs for company retreats. Options can include breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, snacks, private chefs, buffets, live food stations and special dietary requirements through our preferred catering partners. Menus can be adapted according to the schedule, group size and budget.

Yes. Nas House can create meeting, workshop, classroom, conference or informal collaboration setups depending on your requirements. Available spaces include indoor villa areas, coworking and meeting spaces, the garden and other communal areas. Screens, microphones, speakers and additional AV equipment can also be arranged.

Yes. Companies are welcome to bring their own trainers, coaches, speakers or facilitators. Simply provide us with the schedule and technical requirements in advance so we can make sure the correct room, furniture and AV setup is prepared.

Yes. Team-building activities can be organized throughout the property. Depending on your objectives, these can include workshops, wellness sessions, fitness classes, yoga, games, talks, networking activities, creative sessions, BBQs and other group experiences. We can also help connect you with external instructors and activity providers.

Yes. One of the advantages of Nas House is the combination of indoor and outdoor spaces. Teams can move between private villas, coworking areas, meeting spaces, the garden, pools, BBQ areas and communal spaces throughout the retreat. This makes it possible to run main sessions and smaller breakout groups without keeping everyone in one conference room all day.

Yes. We can provide or arrange professional audiovisual equipment depending on the scale of your retreat or event. This can include microphones, speakers, large TV screens, sound systems, mixers, staging and LED screens, as well as technical support where required.

Yes. Every company retreat can be built around the team's requirements. Packages can combine accommodation, meeting spaces, catering, coffee breaks, AV equipment, team-building activities, wellness experiences, entertainment and private events. Send us your dates, number of guests, preferred schedule and objectives, and the Nas House team can prepare a tailored proposal.

Nas House membership is designed for people who want more than a traditional coworking space. Members receive 24/7 access to the coworking villa as well as access to shared working areas, meeting facilities, the gym and community spaces. Membership also connects you to the Nas House community and its regular networking, wellness, professional and social events.

Nas House membership is currently AED 949 per month. Longer-term membership options or special plans may also be available. Contact the Nas House team for the latest membership packages and payment options.

Yes. Nas House members receive 24/7 access to the dedicated coworking villa, allowing members to work according to their own schedules. Other facilities and services within the property may operate according to their own opening hours.

Yes. Non-members can use the coworking space with an AED 99 day pass. The day pass is ideal for visitors who want to work from Nas House for the day before deciding whether membership is right for them.

Yes. Members receive access to Nas House community events, including a rotating calendar of networking events, founder and creator meetups, professional discussions, wellness activities, fitness sessions and social gatherings. Some special or externally organized events may have separate registration requirements.

Yes. Members can use available shared and meeting spaces at Nas House, subject to availability and the applicable booking rules. For larger meetings, private rooms or events, advance booking or an additional fee may apply.

Yes. Regular Nas House members may bring one guest per visit, subject to Nas House guest policies and space availability. Guests must remain accompanied by the member and may not use membership access independently.

Membership can be cancelled in accordance with the terms of your membership plan. For monthly memberships, contact the Nas House team before your next renewal date if you would like to cancel.
